Fulbourn Falcons

Club History

Fulbourn Falcons started out as Fulbourn Hospital Falcons as a senior side in the 1950’s. In 1986 the colts teams evolved. The colts section of the club started to grow very fast and it soon became apparent that the needs of the colts were different to adults, therefore it was decided to form a different club, hence the change of name to Fulbourn Falcons Colts.

Our purpose is to offer all boys/girls the opportunity to develop their football skills by providing training and matches in Colts League or Mini Soccer (small sided football). Our aims and goals are to:- a) identify talented players and encourage local professional and semi professional clubs to take them for advanced training and monitoring b) put players forward to the Colts Representatives teams and c) offer the chance for both the talented and the less talented the opportunity to play until they are 17/18 years old in Colts football.

Under the Charter Standard all teams are trained by volunteers that have accredited certificates. All teams have members that have been first aid trained and have attended child protection courses.
